Dr. Curtis is great - been so for years. However, there must be someone new in the front office. My experience today was awful. The person on the phone, was rude, abrupt, and downright dismissive. I know the medical is the most important aspect, however, I can’t imagine speaking with this individual ever again. So now I have to find a new doctor. I’m sure this will not affect Dr. Curtis’ practice one bit, but how patients are treated is important. Sometimes people get into positions where they feel they have the power to be mean, even if the position is administrative and client serving in nature. These interactions matter.

Great urologist,very soothing if you aren't feeling comfortable
